Description

Assist in achieving national sales targets by effectively implementing market strategies and sales plans within the jurisdiction.

Responsibility

  • Loyal to the company, love the sales profession, and focus on sales work.
  • Familiar with industry knowledge, enterprise knowledge and product knowledge and master sales knowledge and skills.
  • Actively develop business and complete the task indicators assigned by superiors on time and with high quality.
  • Report or feedback market information to superiors in a timely and truthful manner.
  • Provide high-quality services to customers and properly handle customer complaints to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain old customers, expand new markets, establish and expand sales network, and increase sales.
  • Pay attention to team spirit and maintain a good cooperative relationship with superiors, colleagues and other departments.
  • Continuously learn new knowledge and new technologies, and improve their professional ability and professional quality.
  • Formulate sales goals according to the department and formulate your own sales plan.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in cell biology, organelle science or similar.
  • Familiar with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with teamwork spirit.
  • Able to solve customer needs and provide professional technical support.
  • Familiar with lysosomal engineering with solid expertise.
  • Accept travel.
